ABOUT THE LAST CONSTRUCTION WORKS IN THE RC “CRYSTAL AVENUE”

We tell you how the construction of the business class residential complex “Crystal Avenue '' in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka is going on.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) the construction of communications has been completed and the floor cap is almost completed. Facade works are currently underway in the house.

In the third phase (1-A,  Kryshtaleva St.) installation of radiators and work on entrance groups is completed. At the finish - finishing work in the lobby on the ground floor.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) the windows are being installed (the windows on the 3rd floor are already glass-fronted, and the window frames on the 2nd, 4th and 7th floors have been installed). Finished masonry on 14-15 floors.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.) the work on the vertical walls is almost completed. Work is beginning on the basement floor slab.

The construction of the second part of the underground parking lot is also underway. Yet there are ready walls at the entrance to the parking lot.

We remind you that on June 7, the sale of apartments on the 18th floor in the third phase of the residential complex “Crystal Avenue” started. There are only 8 apartments with an area from 42.8 m2 to 89.7 m2. Have time to buy an apartment in a ready-made house now!
