Construction characteristics

The exterior walls of the building will be made of aerated concrete blocks (250 mm), mineral wool insulation and a ‘wet’ facade.

The apartment will be handed over to the buyers as follows:

• metal-plastic windows (double-glazed windows, five-chamber profile);
• rough cement-sand floor screed (80 mm), except for bathrooms;
• shockproof entrance doors;
• radiators, water, electricity and heat meters.

The building will be heated by its own gas boiler on the roof. As noted, in the event of a power outage, the roof boiler room will operate on backup power.

The apartments up to and including the 10th floor will be provided with gas supply for gas stoves. From the 11th floor upwards, only electric stoves are possible.
