CONSTRUCTION OF THE RC "CRYSTAL AVENUE": THE FACADE ASSEMBLY IS BEING COMPLETED IN THE 4th PHASE

Construction progress of the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" as of the beginning of July 2023.

In the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.) waterproofing works have been completed. The connection of power supply networks and work on the improvement of the territory are ongoing.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.) installation of a ventilated facade (95% completed), installation of a wet facade (95% completed), gasification of the building (90% completed), installation of fire equipment (90% completed), landscaping works are ongoing. Installation of doors in public places has begun (10% ready) and preparation for finishing works.

In the fifth phase (1-B, Kryshtaleva St.) bricklaying of the walls on the 11th floor is in progress.
