CONSTRUCTION OF THE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "CRYSTAL AVENUE": MONTHLY DIGEST (SEPTEMBER 2024)

Herein we are telling you about the construction progress of the Crystal Avenue residential complex in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), the lobby has been finished, irrigation systems installed, radiators and meters installed. The installation of a playground and a fountain, preparations for laying lawns, and preparations for the building's commissioning are underway.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), installation of the heating system has been completed. Facade works are underway (70% complete), plastering works (80% complete), screed installation (60% complete), gas supply installation (50% complete), and fire door installation. Preparations for interior finishing and door installation have begun.

In the last part of the underground parking lot, work to arrange the parking lot floor slab continues (70% complete).
