CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: JULY 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first section, facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold balcony transitions, installation of balcony fencing in apartments), installation of boiler room equipment, floor screeding, finishing work, installation of aluminum structures on the basement floor, installation of elevators are underway. Preparations have begun for the installation of apartment doors and electrical work, as well as landscaping around the building.

In the second section, facade works, installation of internal engineering networks, installation of water supply and sewage systems, roofing, installation of doors in common areas, and plastering work in common areas are ongoing.

In the third section, work continues on installing window structures, constructing walls and inter-apartment partitions, installing plumbing networks, and preparing for facade work.

In the fourth section, monolithic works continue on the 1st floor.

In the fifth section, monolithic works continue on the basement floor.

In the underground parking lot, the monolith between sections 3 and 5 is being constructed, preparations are underway for waterproofing between sections 1 and 2, and preparations are underway for landscaping between sections 1 and 2.
