CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: JUNE 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first section, plumbing, roofing and plastering works have been completed. Facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold balcony passages, installation of balcony fencing in apartments), installation of boiler room equipment, and floor screeding are ongoing. Preparations for finishing works, installation of elevators, installation of apartment doors, installation of aluminum structures of the basement have begun.

In the second section, facade works (bonded thermal insulation of the facade), arrangement of internal engineering networks, installation of water supply and sewerage systems, roofing, installation of doors of the public usage places, plastering works in the public usage places are underway.

In the third section, monolithic works have been completed. Work is underway on the installation of window structures, construction of walls and inter-apartment partitions.

In the fourth and fifth sections, monolithic works in the basement are underway.

In the underground parking lot, monolithic works at the entrance/exit have been completed. Backfilling with sand is in progress.
