CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE SHCHASLYVYI GRAND RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: OCTOBER 2024

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first section, the construction of walls and partitions has been completed. Facade works (bonded thermal insulation of the facade), glazing (10th floor), and works on the arrangement of internal engineering networks (storm and domestic sewage) are underway.

In the second section, installation of translucent enclosing structures for facades continues (up to the 6th floor).

In the third section, monolithic works are underway on the 5th floor.

In the underground parking lot excavation works, concrete preparation, and arrangement of a monolithic slab between sections 1 and 3 are underway.

Works at the own shopping center next to the residential complex are going on:

• interior decoration of the public usage places (plastering, tiling, gypsum plastering);

• installation of internal electricity;

• installation of fire system, ventilation, air conditioning;

• improvement of the shopping center;

• laying of external networks;

• perimeter facade insulation.
