LVIV RC “SHCHASLYVYI” CONSTRUCTION: MAY 2023

We continue to inform you about the construction progress of the RC “Shchaslyvyi” located in Bihova street.

In April, builders completed:

• arrangement of parapet covers;

• chimney capping works (except for the installation of gratings, which will be performed  after the facade works on the roof);

• dismantling of the construction crane.

The following works were also carried out during April:

・pouring the foundation of the slab and arranging the monolithic vertical under the parking lot in the third house;

・floor cap (completed on the 17th floor and almost completed on the 16th floor);

・arrangement of a wet facade on cold transitions (reinforcement of walls, application of glue);

・arrangement of the ventilated facade (readiness – 93%);

・plumbing works on heating and cold water piping (on floors 3-10).
