THE RC "CRYSTAL AVENUE" CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS: WHAT'S NEW AND WHAT ARE THE UPCOMING PLANS

We continue to inform you about the progress of construction works in the residential complex "Crystal Avenue" in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka. For your attention - the works performed by craftsmen in July and the nearest planned construction processes.

The following works are currently underway in the second phase (11-A, Oksamytova St.):

•Interior decoration on the floors. Work was completed on 6 floors.

•Basement floor facade arrangement. 300 square meters are ready.

•Installation of radiators. 6 floors have been done.

•Installation of tiles on cold transitions. 70% done.

•Installation of suspended ceilings. 2 floors are completed.

All specified types of work are scheduled to be completed by the end of the month. Also, it is planned to install the lights, fire detectors, pump station, switchboard, hall decoration, and tap water start in the house by the end of the month.

In addition, the works on the arrangement of lightning protection on the roof, arrangement of basement waterproofing, arrangement of entrance groups and commissioning of elevators were completely finished in July in the second phase.

In the fourth phase (1, Kryshtaleva St.), the following works are in progress:

•installation of a ventilated facade (10% completed in July, another 15% planned for August);

•arrangement of internal gas supply (20% completed in July, another 20% planned for August).

Installation of the wet facade has begun. This type of work will be completed by 15% in August.

In the fifth phase (1 – B, Kryshtaleva St.), the brickwork of the walls of the 7th floor has been completed. Further work in this direction will continue in August.

In addition to the construction of buildings, work continues on the second part of the underground parking lot. Lighting and ventilation systems, parking lot covering, marking, and gate installation were completely completed here in July. That is, full-fledged preparation for commissioning the parking lot is underway.

The masters are also working on the improvement of the second house adjacent territory. Work was completed on an area of ​​500 square meters in July. The same is planned to be done in August.
