CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS OF THE “SHCHASLYVYI GRAND” RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX: JANUARY 2025

Herein we are telling you about the construction of the comfort-class residential complex "Shchaslyvyi Grand" in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka.

In the first and second sections, facade works are underway (bonded thermal insulation of the facade) and the arrangement of internal engineering networks.

In the third section, monolithic works are underway on the 8th floor.

The floor slab is being installed in the underground parking lot.

Works are also underway in the own shopping center next to the residential complex. The shopping center is at the stage of completion:

• tiles have been laid on the floor of the shopping center;

• works has been completed in the regular bathrooms and bathrooms for people with special needs;

• external and internal stained-glass windows are ready;

• installation of the ventilation and air conditioning system has been completed;

• landscaping of the territory has been completed;

• electricity and water supply systems have been completed.
