First section
• the house is commissioned
Second section
• the house is commissioned
• preparations are underway for the signing of key notarized agreements, and the process of connecting to the gas and electricity grids is in progress.
Third section
• the installation of technical and apartment doors has been completed;
• work is ongoing on the facade (98% complete), floor screed (95% complete), installation of railings (97% complete), finishing work (80% complete), landscaping around the building, and preparations for commissioning.
Fourth section
• work is underway on the construction of walls and partitions (90% complete), window installation, the installation of water supply and sewer systems;
• work has begun on the facade, and preparations are underway for roofing, plastering, and floor screeding.
Fifth section
• monolithic work is underway on the 9th floor, including the construction of walls and partitions;
• preparations for window installation have begun.
Sixth section
• monolithic work continues on the basement level.
Seventh section
• excavation work has been completed;
• preparations for concrete work have begun.
Underground parking lot
• the installation of the industrial flooring in Phase 1 of the underground parking lot has been completed;
• work is underway on landscaping between Sections 1 and 2 (90% complete), the installation of fire protection systems in Section 5, electrical work, and preparations for applying road markings and finishing Phase 1.
