First section

Third section

• facade work (98% complete), floor screed (95% complete), installation of railings (95% complete), installation of service doors (99% complete), electrical work (95% complete), installation of apartment doors (95% complete), finishing work (55% complete);
• landscaping work around the building section has begun, and preparations for commissioning are underway.
Fourth section
• concrete work on the 8th floor and the technical floor has been completed;
• work is underway on the construction of walls and partitions (80% complete), preparations for window installation, and preparations for the start of installation work on the water supply and sewer systems.
Fifth section
• concrete work is underway on the 8th floor, along with the construction of walls and partitions and the fabrication of windows.
Sixth section
• the foundation slab has been completed;
• monolithic work has begun on the basement level.
Underground parking lot
• the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3 has been completed;
• work is underway on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 (80% complete), the installation of fire protection systems in section 5, preparations for electrical work, and the installation of industrial flooring.
