The first section
• facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold passages of balconies), arrangement of internal engineering networks, roofing works are underway
• finishing works on the 8th-12th floors, plumbing works, and installation of the doors of the public usage places have begun.
The second section
• facade works are underway (thermal insulation of the facade is bonded), and the arrangement of internal engineering networks;
• preparations for plumbing works have begun.
The third section
• monolithic works on the 12th floor are underway;
• preparations for the installation of windows have begun.
Underground parking lot
• waterproofing works and monolithic works of the entrance and part of the parking lot (section 3) are underway.
