First section

•  the house is commissioned

Second section

•  preparations for commissioning are underway.

Third section

•  facade work (90% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (60% complete), installation of railings (70% complete), installation of technical doors (80% complete), installation of fire protection systems (95% complete), electrical works (80% complete), installation of apartment doors (40% complete), and finishing works (10% complete) are ongoing.

Fourth section

•  monolithic works continue on floors 7-8, as well as bricklaying walls and partitions (20% complete).

Fifth section

•  monolithic works continue on the 6th floor

Sixth section

•  excavation work has been completed;

•  preparations for monolithic works are underway.

Underground parking lot

•  work continues on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 (80% complete) and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3 (80% complete).
