The first section

• plumbing works, roofing, and plastering works have been completed;

• facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold balcony passages, installation of balcony fencing in apartments), installation of boiler room equipment, floor screed;

• preparations for finishing works, installation of elevators, installation of apartment doors, installation of aluminum structures of the basement have begun.

The second section

• facade works (bonded thermal insulation of the facade), arrangement of internal engineering networks, installation of water supply and sewerage systems, roofing, installation of doors of the public usage places, plastering works in the public usage places are underway.

The third section

• monolithic works have been completed;

• installation of window structures, construction of walls and inter-apartment partitions is in progress.

Fourth and fifth sectioins

• monolithic works on the basement are underway.

Underground parking lot

• monolithic works at the entrance/exit to the parking lot have been completed;

• sand backfilling is in progress.
