First section
• finishing works have been completed and facade works are being finalized;
• electrical works, landscaping around the building, and the installation of radiators, heat and water meters are ongoing.
Second section
• floor screeding work has been completed;
• facade works, installation of internal engineering networks, interior finishing works, and installation of elevators and doors are ongoing.
Third section
• plastering works in public areas have been completed;
• facade works are ongoing (55% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (20% complete), installation of window structures (95% complete), installation of railings (20% complete);
• installation of technical doors, fire protection systems, preparation for electrical works, installation of apartment doors, and finishing works have begun.
Fourth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 4-5;
• preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.
Fifth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 3-4.
Underground parking lot
• waterproofing between sections 1 and 2 has been completed.
• landscaping works between sections 1 and 2 are ongoing.
