First section
• the house is commissioned
Second section
• facade work completed;
• the installation of internal engineering networks and preparations for commissioning are ongoing.
Third section
• installation of window structures has been completed;
• facade work is ongoing (75% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (30% complete), installation of railings (20% complete), installation of technical doors, installation of fire protection systems (45% complete);
• electrical work has begun, preparation for the installation of apartment doors, preparation for finishing work.
Fourth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 5-6;
• preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.
Fifth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 4-5.
Underground parking lot
• work continues on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3.
