• the house is commissioned

Second section

• preparations for commissioning are underway.

Third section

• facade work (90% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (30% complete), installation of railings (50% complete), installation of technical doors and installation of fire protection systems (90% complete) are ongoing.

• electrical work, preparations for the installation of apartment doors, and preparation for finishing work have begun.

Fourth section

• monolithic works continue on floors 6-7;

• preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.

Fifth section

• monolithic works continue on the 5th floor

Sixth section

• excavation work has begun.

Underground parking lot

• work continues on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3.
