Progress in construction RC "Shchaslyvyi Grand", September 2025
First section
• facade works, elevator installation, floor screeding, and installation of aluminum structures on the basement floor have been completed or are nearing completion;
• finishing works, landscaping around the building, and installation of radiators and heat and water meters are ongoing;
• electrical installation works have begun.
Second section
• roofing, installation of water supply and sewage systems, and plastering work in common areas have been completed.
• facade work, installation of internal engineering networks, installation of doors in common areas, and floor screeding have been completed.
• work has begun on interior finishing and elevator installation.
Third section
• the construction of walls and inter-apartment partitions, as well as the installation of the roof, has been completed;
• work is continuing on the installation of window structures, facade work, and the installation of water supply and sewage systems;
• the installation of heating systems, plastering work in common areas, and preparation for floor screeding has begun.
Fourth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 2-3.
Fifth section
• monolithic works continue in the basement, 1st and 2nd floors.
Underground parking lot
• the installation of the monolith between sections 3-5 and waterproofing between sections 1-2 are ongoing.
• landscaping between sections 1-2 and preparations for the installation of the parking lot floor have begun.
