First section
• the house is commissioned
Second section
• the house is commissioned
• preparations are underway for the signing of key notarized agreements, and the process of connecting to the gas and electricity grids is in progress.
Third section
• facade work, floor screeding, electrical work, and the installation of railings have been completed;
• finishing work is underway (90% complete), along with landscaping around the building and preparations for commissioning.
Fourth section
• the construction of walls and partitions has been completed;
• window installation (60% complete), installation of water supply and sewer systems (40% complete), and exterior facade work (60% complete) are currently underway;
• roofing work has begun, also the preparations for plastering and floor screeding are underway.
Fifth section
• concrete work is underway on the 9th and 10th floors, along with the construction of walls and partitions and preparations for window installation.
Sixth section
• monolithic work continues on the basement level.
Seventh section
• preparations for the concrete work are underway.
Underground parking lot
• landscaping work has been completed;
• installation of fire protection systems in Section 5 is underway, as are electrical installation works (80% complete), and preparations for applying road markings and completing the final finishing touches on Phase 1.
