The first section
• monolithic works have been completed;
• work on the ceiling of the technical floor is underway, brickwork of walls (10-12 floors), installation of glass enclosing structures (1-8 floors);
•i nstallation of internal engineering networks, roofing, and facade works have been planned.
The second section
• monolithic works have been completed;
• bricklaying of walls (10th floor) and installation of staircases are in progress.
The third section
• monolithic works are underway on the 2nd floor.
The underground parking lot
• monolithic works in 1-2 sections have been completed.
Shopping center
• installation of exterior stained glass windows;
• installation of anti-aircraft smoke removal lights;
• arrangement of internal partitions made of brick and gas block;
• installation of fire system, ventilation, air conditioning, external doors of entrance groups;
• works on external networks: water, sewerage, drainage systems.
