The first section
• facade works (wet facade, fencing of cold passages of balconies, installation of balcony fencing in apartments), arrangement of internal engineering networks, roofing works, plumbing works, installation of doors of the public usage places, finishing works on the 5-12th floors are underway.
The second section
• facade works are underway (facade insulation is bonded), and internal engineering networks are being installed;
• preparations for plumbing works and installation of the doors of the public usage places have begun.
The third section
• monolithic works on the 12th floor are underway;
• installation of windows has begun.
Fourth and fifth sectioins
• the foundation slab has been poured;
• the pouring of vertical elements has begun.
Underground parking lot
• waterproofing of the parking lot is underway, as well as earthworks (3-4 sections).
