The first section
• general construction works have been completed;
• engineering works (networks, sewer risers, water, heating), installation of windows, glazing are in progress;
• plastering, roofing and facade works are planned.
The second section
• general construction works and brickwork have been completed;
• brickwork of the walls (10th floor) and installation of staircases are in progress.
The third section
• monolithic works are underway on the 3rd floor.
The underground parking lot
• monolithic works between 1-3 sections have been completed.
Shopping center
• internal partitions made of brick and gas block were completed;
• installation of exterior stained glass windows;
• installation of fire system, ventilation, air conditioning, external doors of entrance groups;
• work on external networks: water, sewerage, drainage systems.
• installation of metal frame of lot partitions;
• installation of internal power grids;
• start of landscaping works.
