First section

• facade work, floor screeding, and installation of apartment doors have been completed or are nearly complete.

• finishing work, elevator installation, installation of aluminum structures on the basement floor, landscaping around the building, and preparation for electrical work are ongoing.

Second section

• facade work, installation of internal engineering networks, installation of water supply and sewage systems, roof installation, installation of doors in common areas, plastering work in common areas, and floor screeding are ongoing.

Third section

• work continues on the installation of window structures, the construction of walls and inter-apartment partitions, facade work, roof installation, installation of water supply and sewage systems.

Fourth section

• monolithic work is continuing on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Fifth section

• monolithic work is continuing on the basement and 1st floors.

Underground parking lot

• monolithic work between sections 3 and 5 is ongoing, as is waterproofing between sections 1 and 2.

• preparations have begun for landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and for installing the parking lot floor.
