First section

•  facade works are being completed;

•  finishing works, electrical works, landscaping around the building, installation of radiators, heat and water meters are ongoing.

Second section

•  facade works, installation of internal engineering networks, floor screeding, interior finishing works, installation of elevators and doors are ongoing.

Third section

•  facade works40% complete), installation of heating, water supply, and sewerage systems, floor screeding, installation of window structures, and plastering work in the public usage places are ongoing.

Fourth section

•  monolithic works continue on floors 3-4.

Fifth section

•  monolithic works continue in the basement, 2nd and 3rd floors.

Underground parking lot

•  installation of the monolith between sections 3-5 is complete;

•  landscaping, waterproofing and preparations for the installation of the parking lot floor between sections 1-2 have begun.
