The first section

• works on the arrangement of walls and partitions have been completed;

• facade works (bonded thermal insulation of the facade), glazing (10th floor), and works on the arrangement of internal engineering networks (storm and domestic sewage) are underway.

The second section

• installation of the SPOC (up to the 6th floor) is underway.

The third section

• monolithic works are underway on the 5th floor.

The underground parking lot

• excavation works, concrete preparation, and arrangement of a monolithic slab between sections 1 and 3 are underway.

Shopping center

• interior decoration of the public usage places (plastering, tiling, gypsum plastering);

• installation of internal electricity;

• installation of fire system, ventilation, air conditioning;

• improvement of the shopping center;

• laying of external networks;
