Third section
• facade work (80% complete), installation of heating and water supply systems, floor screeding (30% complete), installation of railings (30% complete), installation of technical doors and installation of fire protection systems (80% complete) are ongoing.
• electrical work, preparations for the installation of apartment doors, and preparation for finishing work have begun.
Fourth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 5-6;
• preparations for bricklaying walls and partitions have begun.
Fifth section
• monolithic works continue on floors 4-5.
Underground parking lot
• work continues on landscaping between sections 1 and 2 and the installation of fire protection systems in sections 1-3.
